Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
United States:
- Standard Shipping: Free — 3–5 business days
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: $12 (Free on orders $75 and over) — 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: $20 — 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping delays

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Maple & Mode is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
