At Maple & Mode, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to start a return
Email us at dealsdeals02@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions to complete your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange.
Non-returnable items
Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dealsdeals02@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
